paolt is an online marketplace that connects customers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with independent, verified home-cleaning agencies. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and app, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Booking details: your address, access notes, chosen services, dates and times.
• Messages you send through in-app chat, and reviews you leave.
• Payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data such as device type, browser and pages visited.

How we use it

• To create and manage your bookings, and share the details an agency needs to carry out the job.
• To process payments, hold funds securely until a job is completed and handle refunds.
• To send booking updates, status notifications and photo reports.
• To keep the platform safe, prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
• To improve paolt. We only send marketing messages if you agree to receive them.

Who we share it with

We share booking details with the agency you book, and with service providers that help us run paolt (such as hosting, payments and messaging). We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by UAE law or a competent authority.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Subject to applicable UAE data protection law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to certain uses of it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
